An excellent small cabinet display specimen featuring sharp, splendent, metallic, golden, bright pyritohedra of Pyrite which are associated with sharp, lustrous, prismatic, GEM to translucent crystals of Quartz. The largest Pyrite measures 1.5 cm across, and the largest Quartz measures 2.9 cm long. Very aesthetic and good quality all the way around. BETTER IN PERSON, as it was difficult to photograph. From the collection of Rich Kosnar, from his very first trip to Peru in the early 1970s. Valued at $600.
