Item Description
An attractive and somewhat unusual stalactitic specimen of Pyrite, simply labeled as coming from Hubei, China. The piece has a beautiful "worm"-like form, covered with tightly intergrown modified cubic crystals on all sides. The base of the piece is contacted where it was removed from the pocket wall, and there is a small somewhat spherical separation mark on one side, but the piece is still in good shape overall. If you collect Pyrites, I'm sure this is something that you probably don't have in your collection, as they are not commonly seen from any Chinese locality.
