Item Description
Mineral specimens from this extinct open pit copper mine, opened in 1967 and closed in 1975, are uncommon. Fine pyrite specimens, such as this, are RARE. This is very showy and exellent 360-degree, mounded cluster of lustrous, striated, brassy pyritohedrons. Very nearly pristine, with only trivial rubbing. A must for the locality or species collector.
