Glittering, brassy, pyrite microcrystals have pseudomorphed a jackstraw cluster of sharp calcite scalenohedrons on this surreal specimen from the famous mines at Santa Eulalia. Rosettes of tiny calcite rhombs are sprinkled about with great effect and everything rests on a plate of starkly contrasting splendent sphalerite. Nearly pristine, a couple of the pseudos have gently contacted tips. This is a rare, desirable and excellent combination pseudo from this noted locale and is seldom available in this quality.
