Lustrous, brassy, rosettes of intergrown, cuboctahedral pyrite crystals nearly totally cover the underlying layer of glassy, flattened, calcite rhombs on matrix on this striking, undulating, 3-dimensional large specimen from a New Find in China. A very attractive large piece from a mine that is probably best known for its beautiful, gem, rich dark amber calcite specimens from a major 2009 find.
