Item Description

An excellent large example of the unique find in China about 7 or 8 year ago of glittering, golden pyrite pyritohedrons selectively deposited on the edges of large flattened calcite crystals. Sometimes the coverage of pyrite is not so good, but here you see a rich mat of it along all the crystals edges. Striking, nearly pristine combination material with only scattered trivial bruising.
