Adorable, 360-degree pyrite on calcite miniature combination from this porphyry, skarn and stratabound Cu-Mo Chinese deposit. Scintillating, golden-yellow pyrite microcrystals preferentially coat the two striking dogtooth calcite scalenohedrons and portions of the calcite matrix. The two lustrous dogtooth calcites are included and coated with hematite and resemble similar calcites from famous Santa Eulalia, Mexico.
