Item Description
Two, intergrown, mirror-bright, brass-yellow, pyrite cubes to 1.7 x 1.6 x 1.3 cm are aesthetically set on the edge of a plate of lustrous, greasy-feel, slate. The crystals are difficult to remove damage-free from the hard rock and a bit of edge wear is noted. Showy and highly representative material from this well-known quarry.
