An absolutely adorable pyrite and galena combination miniature from the Art Soregaroli Collection. Brilliant brass-yellow modified pyritohedrons with exceptional stepped-growth faces are very sculpturally intergrown. A dense field of very sharp, lustrous, metallic-gray galena cuboctahedrons dramatically coats one side of the pyrites and adds much contrast. This striking and outstanding pyrite has multiple display possibilities. Very nearly pristine, with only slight bruising to a couple of galenas and very trivial pyrite edge wear. Pyrites of this outstanding quality and aesthetics exemplify why Huanzala is considered one of world's great pyrite localities.
