Item Description

Well-crystallized pyrite specimens are uncommon from the famous mines at Naica. This very fine and showy mounded combination specimen features beautiful, brassy, pyritoehdrons with fabulous striations along with battleship-gray galena crystals resting on starkly contrasting ball-like aggregates of colorless calcite scalenohedrons. The large pyrite is 1.1 cm. Outstanding, older combo material from this noted locale from the Robert Whitmore Collection.
