These are NOT just two intergrown pyrite cubes, but are natural modern art at its finest. The crystal faces on this striking floater specimen are mirror-bright, brassy and have a slightly frosted look. The crystals are excavated out of their clay matrix. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only the slightest of edge wear. A fine sculptural specimen, with 360-degree viewability. Older material from the Jaime Bird Collection. Although common on the market, these are still beautiful pieces to put with far fancier items for show.
