Item Description
Pyrites from Navajun are one of the most easily recognizeable and abundant display specimens in the world. They are highly attractive, and arguably the finest crystallized representations of the species. This cube looks machined or carved! It has typical mirror-bright, brass-yellow color. Complete all-around and nearly pristine. Two corners have barely noticeable bruising and one edge is light dinged. It is very hard to find a totally pristine crystal. Older material from the Howard Belsky Collection dating to the 1970s or 80s. This is a fine quality specimen in this size range, with impressive visual appeal. It is a representative specimen good enough for any collection! Natural Cubist art. Impressive.
