Item Description

This is the FIRST double pyrite concretion we have offered at auction of these incredibly interesting specimens from recent finds. They are also some of the most unique specimens that I have seen from any locality. The small, sparkling, sharp, modified, metallic pyrite crystals have formed in amazingly concentric "rings" or "bands" on the intergrown "spheres" of shale. This one has a most unusual form! A very cool "floater" specimen.
