Item Description
Cerussite is quite rare from this historic old locality. Multi-hued, lightly iridescent pyrite coats a multitude of blocky cerussite crystals to about 6 mm. The cerussites have adamatine luster under the pyrite. A hillock of uncoated quartz is a nice accent. Old, probably 19th or early 20th century material from this noted locale. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. The Schortmanns label is from the mid-1900s
