Item Description

Sharp, mirror-bright, brass-yellow, pyrite pyritohedrons on a sculptural, 3-dimensional knob make for a very showy and excellent specimen from this historic locale. Some of the pyrites are well-striated and the scattered quartz needles and sphalerite crystals are a nice accent. A bit of periphery wear is noted, but is a very minimal detraction. Classic, old-time and desirable Butte combination material from the Harold Urish Collection, a 40-year Tucson collector.
