Item Description
Pyrite is quite possibly the most common and recognized sulfide species in the world. Fine crystallized specimens are found from all over the world. When it comes to cubic Pyrite, the specimens from Navajun might be most famous and iconic examples of the species ever found. These specimens are not only highly attractive, but they make a case as arguably the finest crystallized representations of the species hands down. This piece features a fantastic, 2.5 cm razor-sharp, highly lustrous, soft metallic golden color cube of Pyrite aesthetically flaring off matrix. No damage, and absolute crystal perfection. This locality is mined almost exclusively for its Pyrite crystals, which are world famous and well known among collectors.
