Item Description

Gleaming in the light, this very appealing cluster of highly lustrous, cubic Pyrite crystals is from the Casapalca Mine in Peru. The largest Pyrite is 5.2 cm on edge, and the distribution of crystals allows it to display beautifully. As is often the case for Pyrites, there is some edgewear and contacting, but the metallic luster and the classic, parallel striations help create an overall aesthetic that is quite attractive. As the pictures show, this is a fine, highly representative small cab.
