Item Description
A gorgeous miniature display specimen of Pyrite featuring intergrown modified octahedra / cubic / pyritohedral crystal. The faces are rather sharp, with GREAT luster that classic silvery-golden color. The overall aesthetics and elegant form of the piece make it a very nice Pyrite specimen from this classic Peruvian locality. It displays very well, and truly stands out among countless other "boring" Pyrites I have seen from this mine. Ex Ken Roberts. It has a $300 price tag, but I would certainly say it's worth more in today's market.
