Pyrites from Navajun are one of the most easily recognizeable and abundant display specimens in the world. They are highly attractive, and arguably the finest crystallized representations of the species. This showy piece features razor-sharp, mirror-bright, metallic golden color, pyrite with a three nifty intergrown cubes. A modest bit of edge wear is noted (along a bottom edge), but is not visually detracting. This locality is mined almost exclusively for its pyrite crystals, which are world famous and well known among collectors. Natural Cubist art.
