Pyrargyrite specimens of this sharpness and quality are rare from this less well-known area in the famed Erzgebirge. This is a very aesthetic two-sided thumbnail spray of sharp and sharply terminated "ruby silver" crystals. The crystals have a beautiful blue-steel luster and reach 2.2 cm. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only one small broken crystal noted. RARE and classic material in this quality. Ex George Elling Collection. Valued at $400-500.
