Wow! An impressive large mass of super-rich silver ore from this well-known BC silver mine. The sculptural piece is essentially solid lustrous, silver-metallic, granular pyrargyrite with just a bit of pyrite, galena and quartz noted on the back. You can see red highlights under bright light. The styrofoam base (dating to the 1960s or 70s) says this is 12 ounces pure (about 340 grams mass). Part of the back of the piece has been sawed. An impressive large pyrargyrite ore specimen from the Art Soregaroli Collection. Value???
