Pyrargyrite (New Find)

Item Description

An impressive, large pyrargyrite crystal from the New Find at famed Fresnillo. This very interesting, splendent silver-metallic crystal is highly etched. Only the top half of the front of the crystal is unetched. The back is totally etched and is concave. The bit of matrix on the top and one side is a nice accent and contrast. You can see flashes of "ruby silver" color under bright light. A large and significant ruby silver pyrargyrite crystal from this noted locale.
