A fine thumbnail example of old pyrargyrite from this famous, world class locality for the silver species. This thumbnail specimen is a trim from the famous large specimen ex. Senator Dr. Miguel Romero, illustrated on page 15 of the book on his collection, Miguel Romero Collection of Minerals (2008, Mineralogical Record).A fine TN cluster of complete crystals, to 1 cm in size around a core matrix. An old specimen known to have come out in the early 1900s.
