These crystals are hard to find on the market, and have the distinction of sharing some of the same warm hues as the famous "Imperial Topaz" crystals from Ouro Preto. This piece features a gorgeous, very sharp, lustrous GEM quality, pinkish-purple color prismatic Topaz crystal measuring 5 mm long is sitting on classic rhombic Magnesite matrix from the famous locality at Brumado. The largest Magnesite rhomb measures 8 mm. The underlying matrix has a soft orange hue, which is rarely seen in this material.
