Colorful and sculptural calcite from a NEW, late 2018 find in Daye County. The striking intergrown crust of sharp, lustrous, translucent, dogtooth calcite crystal is a very pleasing and unusual color, that we call "pumpkin orange". Daye County is well-known for outstanding calcite specimens and this is an exceptional, uncommon color and style in a pristine 360-degree specimen.
