Item Description

Very large for the find, stout, lustrous, translucent, butterscotch-colored pseudocubic wulfenite prisms very aesthetically cover the sturdy gossan matrix and are beautifully accented with a couple of apple-green mimetite botryoids and scattered pearly white calcite rhombs. The wulfies reach 1.4 cm. Complete all-around and nearly pristine. A bruised corner to one of the large blocky crystals can be strongly minimized by the correct display view. This is an outstanding small cabinet example with significant large pseudocubic wulfenite crystals. This very fine piece is from the 2008 find. The wulfenite, mimetite and calcite association was unique to this find. Valued at $2000.
