Item Description
Aesthetically clustered, lustrous and translucent, butterscotch-colored pseudocubic wulfenite prisms are richly scattered on the sculptural, sturdy gossan matrix. The crystals reach 1.4 cm (doubly terminated) and the upright "smokestack" crystal is 7 mm on this excellent specimen from the 2008 find at famed Mina Ojuela. Nearly pristine, with only a trivial bit of bruising, which is certainly only a modest detraction. There are scattered apple-green mimetite balls on the back of the piece. Valued at $500.
