Item Description

Chanarcillo is renowned for silver and silver sulfosalt species, with production from the large 1800s to early 1900s. Proustite is a Holy Grail species from here. This pair of crystals GLOWS with cherry-red color, when strongly backlit! This aesthetic thumbnail pair of intergrown crystals has 360-degree visual appeal. The crystals have high luster and the famous "ruby silver" color shows up in any light. Complete all-around and pristine. The terminations are contacted, but there is no damage, per se. A showy, classic and excellent Chanarcillo proustite. Valued at $1200-1500 and Seldom on the market in this quality. Only available through old or advanced recycled collections.
