Primary Malachite on Cerussite

Lovely set of velvety mint-green Malachite crystals that range up to 3.8 cm. The luster is silky, and the habit makes the main crystal look like a mushrooming paintbrush. Very attractive. The Malachite is actually growing on a matrix of Cerussite, which ranges from massive and brown to gemmy, amber-colored crystals. The Cerussite crystals range up to about 5 mm. A very attractive,and certainly unusual, Tsumeb specimen.
