Super sparkly, rich green, nubby, bubbly, botryoidal, primary malachite strikingly covers the undulating surface on this striking and sculptural specimen from the famed Musonoi Mine. Very modest periphery wear is noted and has virtually no impact on the fine display quality of this piece. Classic, very fine malachite from this famed locale. Ex Robert Fender Collection and dates to the late 1960s or 70s, when this material first came to market in the US. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
