Item Description

A sculptural, nearly solid crust of primary malachite needles from recent finds at this now famous mine. The needles in portions of the aesthetically intergrown rolling spherical aggregates are very densely packed and have the chatoyant shimmer of velvet malachite. Most of the piece is composed of more distinct needles. The base reveals the length and striking radial growth of the aggegates and the bit of porphyry matrix adds pizzazz. Excellent malachite of this style from recent finds at this now famous locale. Get a good one, while you can.
