Prehnite with Quartz

These specimens certainly have been few and far between in recent years. This specimen features a "plate" of sparkling, somewhat gemmy, lustrous, water-green color spherical aggregates of Prehnite associated with nearly GEM quality, colorless Quartz crystals. It is not terribly common to find such sharp, lustrous, transparent Quartz crystals with Prehnite from the locality. Hongquizhen seems to be producing less material than a few years ago, and this piece would certainly make an esoteric addition to any Chinese suite.
