Item Description

This Trap Rock locality is one of the most impressive (and under appreciated) Zeolite localities in the world. This quarry has produced some amazing specimens over the last 100 years. This particular specimen hosts an attractive, bright green color, spherical aggregate of Prehnite sitting creamy-white, pearly, lustrous crystal groups of Heulandite with minor associated "needles" of Laumontite. The Prehnite sphere measures 1.1 cm across. A great small cabinet / large miniature from this historic locality.
