Prehnite with Epidote

This is a wonderful association specimen from this well known specimen producing locality. Prehnite is well known from around Erongo, but most people aren't used to seeing Epidote from this area, but it's there, and in fine quality. The first thing I noticed about this piece was the HIGH luster of the Epidote groups. They have top "wet" luster that immediately grabs one's attention. The contrast of the nearly black Epidote against the soft "water green" color Prehnite makes for a very pleasing overall specimen. In the center of the piece is an greenish spheroid of what I believe to be either Pumpellyite or possibly Celadonite (it could be weathered Babingtonite), but I've honestly never seen anything like this before, so it's hard to say. Good quality and certainly uncommon on the market. You probably won't see another one like this anytime soon.
