Item Description
Fingerlike appendages of lustrous and translucent, apple green prehnite, to 5.9 cm in length, are actually casts after anhydrite. Ex. Bob Trimingham collection. This classic example of the old casts is really aesthetic and well balanced, handsized specimen. Valued $750. Trimingham bought it from the great dealer Willard Perkin, inventor of the perky box, in 1984!
