Exceptionally pearlescent, luminous, translucent, beautiful mint-green prehnite botryoids form an amazingly statuesque small cabinet from this well-known trap rock quarry. The O & G Southbury Quarry is famous for fine prehnite and this is certainly an upper tier example. Complete all-around and nearly pristine. The couple of attachments are on the back. Great form with superb waxy lustre spheres. Ex R.D. Mushlitz Collection. A Connecticut classic. BETTER in person.
