Item Description

A showy display specimen featuring "finger"-shaped pseudomorphs of sparkling, soft green colored translucent Prehnite which has replaced thin prismatic crystals of Laumontite, free of matrix. The piece is largely crystallized all over, including the base, and it's close to being a complete "floater". The color here is very attractive, though it is so hard to capture correctly in a photo / video, but in person it is an enticing pastel mint green. No major damage and very eye-catching. These are not nearly as common on the market as they were several years ago, and they are signature specimens from India, distinctive and beautiful.
From the collection of Colin Manlove.
