Prehnite ps. After Anhydrite w/ Heulandite (rare) ex Obodda

Item Description

A rare, older, pseudomorph and combination specimen from this noted New Jersey Traprock quarry. Sugary, translucent, mint-green prehnite has pseudomorphed the sharp anhydrite blades on this sculptural and rich crust. Many of the pseudos are hollow. The top is sprinkled with tiny, glassy, heulandite crystals and bottom features a large, compound heulandite crystal, as well as three anhydrite cleavages. Rarely available in this combination quality. The specimen and label numbers match. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
