A sculptural large cluster of lustrous, translucent, pretty mint-green, prehnite botryoids after anhydrite from this famous locale. The knobby bladed pseudos look like green barrel cactus or coral heads. An outstanding large specimen from the recent finds at this classic Traprock quarry and displays well from many directions. The base shows the many hollow casts, where the anhydrite crystals were dissoloved away. Another very fine spiker for this auction. Valued at $1500.
