Prehnite on Quartz (ex Brian Kosnar Collection)

Item Description

These are some of the most distinctive and easily recognizable Prehnite specimens from the modern age of mineral collecting. Several, somewhat "wheat sheaf"-shaped clusters of translucent green Prehnite are perched the side of a gemmy, lustrous Quartz crystal. There is a very slight purple color that can be seen at the base of the Quartz crystal. A lovely and worthwhile miniature sized specimen of this contemporary classic material.
