Prehnite on Quartz

Item Description

These specimens certainly have been few and far between. I personally have seen less and less of them over the last few years. This specimen features several translucent, water-green color aggregates comprising multiple crystals of Prehnite measuring up to 1.1 cm, sitting atop GEM quality, sharp, lustrous colorless Quartz crystal matrix. This locality seems to be producing less material than a few years ago, and this piece would certainly make a good addition to any Chinese suite.
