Item Description

This Trap Rock locality is one of the most impressive (and under appreciated) Zeolite localities in the world. This quarry has produced some amazing specimens in the last 100 years. This particular specimen is an attractive piece consisting of beautiful, gemmy, green color Prehnite "balls" measuring up to 1.1 cm sitting atop a layer of crystallized colorless Quartz. A nice miniature reference piece from this historic locality.
