Item Description

A nearly perfect sphere of translucent, apple green Prehnite is accented by a few lustrous, dark blackish green Epidote crystals. The single, satin lustered Prehnite ball measures 2.7 cm across and is accompanied by a pair of lustrous, doubly terminated Epidotes that measure 2.3 cm and 1.4 cm long, respectively. There are a few other variably complete Epidotes on the back as well. The piece is quite aesthetic and can be displayed in a few orientations. A very nice combo miniature from Mali from old material, ex Kurt Hefendehl collection (1938-2020).
