Fine Prehnites from Mali, most often associated with deep green Epidote crystals, are instantly recognizable to most collectors. This quality, small cab essentially has a matrix of lustrous Epidote crystals, mostly covered by mounded spheres of Prehnite. The largest is an impressive 2.8 cm across, and these translucent, mint-green crystals have a frosted, micro-bladed surface that is typical for the locality. A fine, representative combination piece, likely from the 1990s to early 2000s finds. Rare on the market, today, in this quality. valued $450
