Item Description
Beautifully balanced prehnite on epidote combination from the well-known 2000s finds in Mali. Pistachio-green, translucent, frosted bladed prehnite botryoids, to 2.5 cm, are aesthetically set atop a jackstraw cluster of lustrous dark olive-green epidote prisms, to 2.7 cm. The epidotes on the front are pristine and a couple of broken epidotes on the back are certainly only a minimal detraction. Even the top view looks good on this combination cutie. Classic and excellent prehnite and epidote from Mali.
