Item Description

Here we have a lovely small cabinet display specimen of "water green" color "clamshell"-shaped groups of translucent Prehnite from Swat. They are reminiscent of the classic Alpine specimens from Bourg d'Oisans in France. This piece has medium to matte luster, but the color really comes out when backlit. These are rare on the market, and certainly worth picking up if you collect Prehnites or Pakistani minerals. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Priced at $500.
