Prehnite, Calcite, and Quartz

Item Description

Fine, classic combination piece from the Goboboseb Mountains, with intergrown Prehnites,Calcites and Quartz. The Prehnites have good luster, attractive mint-green color, and are translucent to almost gemmy in parts. There are about a dozen good, spherical Prehnites, with the largest being about 2.2 cm across. These are intergrown with partially gemmy, blocky Calcites and sharp Quartz crystals up to 1.3 cm. Charlie loved Prehnite and had a large subcollection of the material. This is very good for the location.
