Prehnite

Item Description

A very fine and aesthetic, two-sided rib of lustrous, translucent, pretty grass-green, bladed prehnite botryoids from recent finds in Mali. The sculptural form of the piece is excellent and the specimen is enhanced by the included epidote prisms. A few broken botryoids are noted on the side and crest of the piece, but are certainly not a detraction. In fact, they reveal the radial growth of the prehnite blades. This classic cutie displays beautifully without aid.
