Item Description
An impressive large and colorful nodule of precious opal from this well-known historic Polish locality. Pretty blue-green, waxy luster, moderately translucent opal is partially enclosed in the striking, highly sculptural boxwork matrix. The label from a Czech collection has a 1927 date. 458 grams or 1 pound mass.
