Item Description
Powellite is the rarest and most desirable mineral from the famed Deccan Trap basalts of India. These two glassy and gemmy, yellow-orange crystals rest on less developed Powellite, which in turn rests on a matrix of massive white Stilbite. The two main Powellite crystals are each about 1.3 cm on edge, a very respectable size for a Powellite, to be sure. Showy and highly representative combination material from this locality, the Powellites on this small cab also have the classic, brialliant golden fluorescence that you would want. Excellent quality and aesthetics.
